Don Mateo's bar stock an extensive selection of drinks.

The mere mention of the word drinks conjures up looks of curiosity and sparks a lingering intrigue.

Steeped in nostalgia, of having one of your cherished liquids alcoholic beverages traditionally served before dinner

bite into that already looming hunger or served after dinner as a digestive when you have no more room for dessert.

So whether its an Aperitif to open up the appetite, such as a range of spirits including Vodka and Gin

right through to bitter sweet like liqueurs on Aperol, Cinzano, Campari Pernod or Ouzo for example.

Follow up with a digestive after a super meal with single malt whiskies, aged brandy and cognac.
